How do I determine the correct skate size?
We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and consulting our specific size chart for each model. Powerslide skates often feature a performance fit, so ensuring the correct Mondo Point measurement is crucial for comfort and control.
What is your return policy for sporting equipment?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that has been used outdoors or shows signs of wear on the wheels or bearings.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Powerslide products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering production defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear such as worn-down wheels, brake pads, or damage from improper use.
Can I upgrade the frames or wheels on my skates?
Most of our skates utilize the Trinity mounting system or standard 165mm/195mm mounting, allowing you to swap frames easily. Check your specific model specifications for compatibility before purchasing replacement parts.
