Whether you need a different skate size or a different model, our streamlined process ensures you get back to rolling as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
